Since this seems to be a common problem I thought it would be good to walk through the steps in a BLOG post. When we catch the reply we need to parse that JSON file that can contain one or more files (since the users may upload several files) and fetch them from OneDrive. Ive seen some questions recently on the Power Platform Forums about how to send multiple attachments submitted in Microsoft Forms in an email. Heard this was in the backlog last year but it would be good to get an update on this. Could be really useful to send an e-mail when a user completes a form.
